Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

-Order are processed and shipped out in 5-7 business days excluding holidays. This time frame does not include shipping time once dropped off at shipping carrier. This is because I am the sole creator of each and every individual product that you see on this website, and everything is handmade by me with love and care. This ensures that I am providing only the BEST quality items to you while also maintaining proper packaging.

CopperBellaCo is not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Please refer to tracking information via email correspondence for tracking numbers and carrier information. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly, should any issues arise. CopperBellaCo is not responsible for lost packages. Please feel free to email me directly at copperbellacompany@gmail.com should any issues arise during the shipping process. I will always try my best to assist in any way I can. 

Make sure when making your shipping method choice that you choose priority or higher with insurance, USPS does not offer insurance on ground shipping.

All order will be shipped via USPS or UPS, all shipping rates are determined by package weight, size and carrier rates.

Please ensure that your address is correct in the address line before submitting order, once order is submitted it can not be changed or canceled. CopperBellaCo is not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address on order form. If package is returned to sender (CopperBellaCo) due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. If customer requests re-ship, customer will be responsible for the cost of the re-shipping fees prior to package being re-shipped.

CopperBellaCo is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), it is the shipping carrier's responsibility to deliver said package on time and safely. Please file a claim with carrier prior to emailing me about your order.

CopperBellaCo is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Orders are packaged with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will need to keep the item and the shipping box for the claim process or it may be denied by the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number on your order. Tracking number is entered into the system once order has been processed for shipping. Please check spam folder if you feel you did not receive a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 business hours for the tracking to update in the system.

Howdy all from the creator at CopperBellaCo, my name is Kimberly. I run this little business from home while taking care of my beautiful family. I love many different fandoms, coffee, books, gaming, crafting, good tunes, and soaking up as much time as I can with my guy, daughter and our sweet pitbull named Bella. In November of 2023 we were blessed to be able to rescue Bella from a cruel life of being a bait dog and our lives and hearts were furever changed. CopperBellaCo is located in the lovely desert and mountains of northern Nevada.
